Milk Question

So I've been kinda MIA on the board. Been strictly Instagram for months now I think.

I have totally missed all the WCM convos. I am wondering: is it important that it is whole milk? We get 2% delivered once a week. I have given her some (with ovaltine and as of today, plain). I just don't want her to be missing something she needs. TIA!

The high fat content is more important for toddler's brain development.  I looking into the reasoning when we switched from BM. Only later (like after 2 years) do they consider switching them to lower fat.

DD doesn't get any cow's milk so I can't say I think either is very important. Is there a sugar difference in either? Is one less processed?
