I dont post on this board much, but need to see if anyone else is suffering from this! I'm 99% sure my ab muscles are separating/tearing and I am in SO much pain. The pain is to the side of my belly button. This happened with DS1, but I don't remember it lasting this long (could be because I wasn't chasing a toddler around last time). I'm desperately trying to find something that helps with the pain, but cant. The only thing that somewhat helps is laying down and not moving, but with a toddler that isn't always an option. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Omg yes! I have this exact thing. I got worried something was wrong but my doc said that it's the ab muscles stretching. I thought it was a tear too bc it hurts so much but she said that you would have to have stomach trauma like a punch to actually tear anything. She said just heating pad and Tylenol sucks to go to work with this pain!!
I had this with DD and continue to have it with this pregnancy. I find supporting the weight to be the most helpful. I bought a support belt and although I didn't like it earlier in pregnancy, I've found it to be really helpful at this point. I just ordered one of amazon (gabriella I think), but my provider also gave me info on a local specialty store that sells them.
