So, I went to the ER last night...

...for heavy bleeding and cramping.  After getting over the awkwardness of being treated by the same people I work with, they brought in the portable ultrasound machine. 

Baby A still looks great, but baby B no longer has a heartbeat.  According to the doctor, there is a pretty high chance that I may lose baby A as well, so I am on bedrest for the rest of the week with another ultrasound on Friday.  I'm not sure what my feelings are right now.

    ttc for 18 months before seeing RE
    Letrozol on CD 3-7, overdril trigger

    IUI#1, 2 follicles 17.4 and 20mm                BFN
    Letrozol and TI cycle                                  BFN
    IUI#2 2 follicles (RE noted fluid in uterus, and then realized it was there last time too)  BFN
    Letrozol and TI                                            BFN
    IUI#3 one follicle 21mm (fluid there again) BFP!!!
    02/10 beta#1 335 (at 4weeks1day), 02/12 Beta#2 751 :-)

    I am so, so sorry love. You're in my thoughts and prayers. For what it's worth - my cousin lost one of her twins and was able to carry the second to full term and delivered a healthy little boy. I'm praying that this can be the case for you as well. You are so strong and brave, mama.
