Reviewing DS's paperwork, I noticed he is
1yr., 9mo overdue for a re-eval in OT
And
1yr, 3mo overdue for re-eval in ST
Who prompts re-evals, The parent or therapy? Is this common to find? He is supposed to have a re-eval every 6mo. We pay out of pocket 100% for both.
