Last week Updates:

Anyone heard from haziedaze?

MinaE01: OB discovered that she was 1cm dilated at 33 weeks and was sent to L&D for steroid shots and some monitoring; thankfully, fFN test was negative and she was sent home; Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers that baby stays in!

flergirl: taking it easy and monitoring BP; can be off bedrest in a few days and MFM will re-evaluate; Jenna's HR is good and being wriggly! Keep growing baby girl!

rslhmg: 32 weeks and has passed her last pg milestone! Woohoo! Doc says she has a good chance of going to at least 36 weeks!

bluebird2318: 37 weeks-woohoo! BP is still normal; stopped low dose aspirin so that platelets are back to normal for delivery; 1cm dilated but not effaced

mrsdbc: BH are happening more frequently when she lays down and is having real contractions; doc says as long as she's not bleeding that she should be ok; Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers that the pains don't mean anything and baby stays put for much longer.

MFM said to ask my OB about bedrest, lol! So I am continuing to stay liberated until I am told otherwise. BP has been mostly good and Jenna weighs 3 lbs, 10 oz! I help her by eating lots of ice cream. I am 30+3, which feels craaaaaazy, but in a good way.

Can't wait to hear how everyone else is doing!

I'm still at 1cm, thank goodness! I'm actually not on bed rest at this point (the update says I am). I could be at any point if my cervix decides to go crazy and dilate more. I'm so happy to have made it to 34w!
@flerlgirl - you are such a good mom to sacrifice eating all that ice cream! I've been doing the same with ice cream, cookies, candy, fries, etc. It's tough, but you do what you gotta do for those kiddos! Yay for being 30w3d :)

@minae01 - thank you for understanding how difficult it is. I think eating all the Cosmic Brownies is the hardest part. I commend you for doing your part to help your baby grow. May I pass you another cookie?

@mrsdbc - FX that it is an easy solution for you! It will be hard to be away from DS but I bet it will fly by and then the four of you can party together!

Baby is head down and growing properly, otherwise no change (which means its looking good for the full 40). Only bad news is my insurance is refusing to accept a referral for my gallbladder removal from my ob so i have to go through the whole referral process with my gen practicioner again. Surgery wont happen til after i deliver, but it would have been nice to just schedule it and be done.

@flerlgirl You're in the zone now, girl! Nice work with all the ice cream eating! I am fond of that strategy myself. ;)

@MinaE01 34 weeks is an awesome milestone! Keep up the great work!

@mrsdbc FX that the solution is a simple one!

@rslhmg It's so awesome to have a nice "boring" appointment isn't it?! I'm sorry about the hassle over scheduling the surgery though. :(

My update: 38 weeks today! Seemed like a distant dream that I'd make it this far when I found out I was expecting again, but here I am. Appointment was good and boring! GBS test came back negative which is good; one less concern for L&D. My only bad news is that I'm sick. I've had a sore throat for the past three days. It seems like I may be moving past the sore throat stage, since it's not quite as bad today. Luckily I (probably) still have a good amount of time to kick this cold to the curb before labor starts. I'm not sure exactly what my OB's preferred "cut-off" policy is for VBACs and they haven't mentioned an end date to me, but since I doubt they'll let me go for the full 42 I'll hazard a guess and say I'll have a baby within 3 weeks or so at most! Crazy! I can't decide if I'm ready or not.

@punky917 Thank you for all your effort maintaining this check-in! It has been a great source of sanity to me throughout the pregnancy. ETA: @haziedaze is on my BMB and she has been around! As far as I know she's been doing just fine and baby is still doing time on the inside, but I'll let her update for herself if she'd like. :)

@Bluebird2318‌ its been pretty nice, using my appointments to catch up on some reading lol. They hook me up to all the monitors and I read while they come in and out checking them. I'm getting pretty excited about the fact that a term baby is actually going to happen this time, or at least close enough we will be coming home with baby this time.

@rslhmg and @Bluebird2318 Yay for being another week further along and being so close to full term!

@mrsdbc It must be so hard to stay calm with news like that. Please know that I am praying that everything is ok with you and baby. I also know that it is hard to imagine being away from DS for more than a few hours when you deliver even knowing that he will be in good hands. I was also that because I was that nut job who never left DS! :) I even left him with my parents when I had DD and they were the same people who fed him M&Ms at 10PM when the kid has acid reflux. lol! Vent away-that's what we are here for!
