    I don't understand how she got a scheduled csection and no one figured out there were not babies to begin with

    This! Did she pretend to go to prenatal appointments or was everyone ok with her NEVER going to see the OB until she was going to "deliver"? I am surprised she was able to lactate.

    Who would schedule a delivery for a patient they've never seen?!

    Exactly and that kind if csection takes several people. It usually takes whole teams and meetings of hospital staff set up plus nicu is usually there and waiting. It is a huge ordeal.
