Baby's 1st Birthday - Location?

Hi everyone!
I'm mommy who's moved from Sioux Falls to Minnesota. My family is still in Sioux Falls, so for baby's 1st birthday in June we want to hold the party where everyone can attend. I'm having troubles finding a space. I've contacted hotels for information on renting out their meeting rooms. But, I thought I'd check with Sioux Falls mommies to see if there are any other ideas that I'm missing?
We're inviting approx 45 people (I have a large family). I'm thinking of having the party for about 2 hours and have it be more like an open house where people can attend freely. The party will be in June (late June). I've tried to find community centers, but they stop renting in April. I could book a shelter in a park, but I hate being stuck there if bad weather hits.
Any ideas on things I'm missing?
