Hey ladies - another snow day for me so no headed to the gym - instead I hunkered down with french toast this morning :)

    Week:  Week 30
    Exercise Log: 
    Monday: Body Attack (1 hour cardio)
    Tuesday: 2 mile run
    Friday: Kickboxing (1 hour)
    Saturday: Body Step (1 hour cardio)
    Sunday: 2 mile walk
    Goals for this Week: Traveling for work this week so I packed my gym clothes - hoping to run and do weights a few times. 
    GTYK: Favorite meal & why?  Breakfast foods in general - best meal of the day and usually impossible to screw up :)

    Exercise Log: 
     
    Monday - 45 minute walk, 1 hour prenatal yoga
    Tuesday -
    Wednesday - 30 minute walk
    Thursday -
    Friday - 30 minute walk, 40 minute Tarcy Anderson 7 month pregnancy dvd
    Saturday - 30 minute walk
    Sunday - (I vacuumed.  And while this never normally would constitute as a work out for me, as of lately, and by the way my body feels today, it was a work out.)
     
    Goals for this Week:  Keep up walking and try to be better with sugar.
     
    GTYK: Favorite meal & why? Now that you mention french toast...yummm!  Especially favorite if served with fresh strawberries!  I am also craving a burger.

    Week 30 (mo/di twins)

    Mon: mommy/toddler yoga (approx 30 min of light yoga for me)
    Wed: 45 min walk on treadmill
    Thurs: 25 min walk
    Fri: 30 min walk

    Goals: lately I've been bad about strength training (just light weights at home) so need to get a couple sessions in this week.

    I've been mostly interested in dessert lately... Like ice cream. I've also been craving carrot cake but have yet to get my hands on some. I do not have much of a sweet tooth at all when I'm not pregnant.

    Exercise Log: Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat: Ran 3.5 miles, 10 min elliptical, free weights & abs
    Goals for this Week: I really need to change up my routine to mix it up. I think I'm going to start incorporating some spinning and walking, but hoping to make it to week 35/36 and still be able to run! Leaving for a bachelorette party this Thursday to SF/Napa so looks like no exercising for those 4 days, need a little break! :)
    GTYK: Favorite meal & why? Anything with cheese fries. Hot dog, gyros, cheeseburger, you name. The unhealthier the better! The reason I do these damn workouts every week is so I can indulge!
