Eggs, infant cereal (on days she goes to DC), toast, pancakes (last weekend we threw in blueberries), sausage. Whatever I dig out to cook that morning. She also gets milk and/or yogurt.
blueberries, peaches, toast & PB, waffles, eggs, yogurt...I guess just typical breakfast food? On days when we're strapped for time, I throw some cheerios and applesauce in her bag and send her to the babysitter :-/
Yogurt with cut up fruit and granola, scrambled egg yolk (ped said no whites til 12 mo), mini waffles, blueberry muffins, oatmeal with applesauce, grits... Etc.
Whole grain waffles or pancakes, toast with butter, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, quiche, bananas and pretty much any kind of fruit, she loves fresh fruit!
You can make baby pancakes with 1 egg and 1 banana mashed up and a sprinkling of oats. Mix it up and cook it in little round shapes. My LO loves it!! You could also throw in something else for fun if you wanted to. It's an easy breaky.
I made a TON of mini-muffins (blueberry, apple, bran, etc) with applesauce, and have baggies of them in the freezer and fridge. I give DD a couple of those, and a banana with a sippy of milk.
Re: What do you feed your baby for breakfast
Basically he gets what everyone else in the family gets.
our DD eats a little of what we prepare for ourselves. i just cut it up into little bites for her and she loves it!
Make a pregnancy ticker
Oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, smoothies, and cottage cheese.
She eats other things, of course, but those are the mainstays.
