mommy eczema advice

I seem to have developed eczema in reaction to a food allergy or two. Aside from avoiding my triggers (sometimes hard since one of them is chocolate) what can I do when I have a flare up? Thanks in advance

https://thepaleomama.com/2014/01/purpose-healing-salve/  this is supposed to work great.  i havent found local beeswax yet.  i've been using wyndmere's lavender lotion and adding melaleuca to it.  it has healed DS1's eczema in days.  i've been using mustela;s stellatopia all winter and it hasn't touched it.  last year i tried california baby and it did nothing for him also.

I use pure cocoa butter with about 15-20 drops of tea tree oil per pound.  I order it here for about $8 a pound...
