With being exhausted, what time are you turning out the lights these days

One night this week I was in bed at 7:30, the next 9:30 ish, and the following 8:30. So between 7:30-9:30. The night I went to bed at 7:30 I had hardly gotten any sleep the night before, though. I also get up at 4:30. It depends on how I feel that day, I've gone to bed as late as 10:30.
I end up napping a lot! I've also be pretty sick and unable to work. With me napping my bed time varies from 10pm-2am. I know I should try to get on a schedule but lately I've only been able to sleep 4 hours at a time so I sleep when I can.
I try to stay up until DS' bedtime (7:30ish), but twice this week I fell asleep at 6:30 and then had to wake up to get him into bed. And then with my insomnia, I'm up for 2-3 hours during the night.
Last time I napped a lot, but can't seem to get the nap thing working this time around.
I'm normally in bed at 1030 (pregnant or not), get up for work at 5:30, but I get home between 4:30-5pm and the only change is that I have been taking a 1-2 hour nap after work - which is a wonderful thing
I remember when I was in my first trimester. I worked full time so I'd literally come home from work and fall on the couch. Total exhaustion! Some days I wouldn't even get up at all except to drag myself into bed. I never pushed myself. I figured my body was super busy growing a child and I needed to just rest and let it do it's magic. :-)
Our alarm clock goes off at 5:40 for work, so we are both in bed by 9:30 or 10. Some nights I can hardly make it! Also on weekends if I sleep in until 9 or so I feel like napping already by noon. The fatigue is killer!

I'm a napper and a night owl. So, lately at least, I generally get really tired sometime around 3pm and then sleep until about 5. Then I'm up until around 1a.m. I try to go up to bed around 11p.m., or whenever I get bored with what's on TV, but I always end up reading until a lot later than that. H has probably gotten to go to sleep with the light off less than 10 times since we've been together. I'm also really not sleeping well, and that's because both dogs sleep in the bed with us now. We're either going to have to get them new beds or buy a king size just so I can be comfortable.
