NBR--offer on house!

So our house listed for sale officially yesterday afternoon around 5pm. Someone requested a showing for 10:15 am today. Around 4pm our realtor called and said that they wanted to put an offer in and it was for full asking price!!!! We are meeting to review the offer tomorrow and possibly sign a contract!!! Woohoo!!!
