I make turkey meatballs and use them in a couple of ways. Put BBQ sauce on them and put them on slider buns. Or just use them for spaghetti and meatballs.
Rotisserie chicken is my friend. Lol! We eat it one night and shred the leftovers to use in wraps another night.
I make chicken cutlets a lot too. I serve everything with a veggie.
I make things that are quick and make enough to have leftovers. I don't have much time to cook after work.
Part of the problem was that we get our beef from the farm but the cow we butchered wasn't back yet. All we had was a dozen packages of burger. Even DS was like "oh look, more ground beef" Our chicken has been gone for a few months. It's so expensive to buy cut and I don't know where its coming from. Seriously, we had tacos, spaghetti, sloppy Joes, chili, hamburgers, meat loaf, shepards pie... And repeat the next week lol.
