Walking on toes

Anyone's kids walk on their toes part of the time? Is it something I should be concerned about?

As long as it's not constant iow if he/she walks flat footed most of the time it's ok. I have a friend whose kid ONLY ever walked on her toes & her ped put her in special shoes. She was like 4 though I think.

P does! I haven't mentioned it to the pedi, but maybe I should.

Mention it--it can be a sign of CP or other issues, but often means nothing and all turns out fine.

Dr has me doing physical therapy her Achilles tendant isn't growing as fast as she is. So the tendant needs to be stretched. It being short causes pain when she walks.
