Or anyone who knows ... and yep, I know I should call the doc but its 7 pm here

I know that its OK to take ibuprofen (motrin/advil) since that's what they gave me in the hospital. Is it OK to take acetaminophen (Tylenol)? I've got a wickedly sore throat.

You know, I've been wondering because I was prescribed hydrocodone at the hospital and wondered about it. I haven't taken any though. Anyone else get prescribed this and told it was safe??

Yes! I had an episiotomy and was prescribed Hydrocodone and Motrin. They told me both were the best pain management options for BF and that's why they prescribe them.

They prescribed me sone kind of narcotic that I didn't want to take ... crazy nurse acted like I was being dumb for not wanting it.

I was prescribed Percocet and Motrin. I took the Percocet very sparingly in the hospital because I hate taking prescription pain meds like that. They kept asking me if I wanted one and told me I could have one every 3 hours. I never got the script filled for either and am just taking 2 Advil now.
