mani/pedi tomorrow?

I have heard that you should be careful when getting a pedi and pregnant since when they massage your feet/legs it can trigger contractions or something like that..
Should I let the nail tech know that I am pregnant tomorrow or is this something to worry about when farther along

You should tell them that you are pregnant because there are pressure points on your ankles that affect your uterus (apparently they can induce contractions that way- keep in mind for when it's time!!) or just ask them not to massage your ankles.

The only thing I have ever heard about getting a manicure or pedicure is just to be sure & not breath in any of the chemicals they use for acrylic nails.... Never heard of the massage pressure point thing....
I got my nails done & pedicures all the time with my last pregnancy.
