Abnormal Ultrasound

Hi, I was 5 weeks prego last week when I had an pelvic ultrasound. The lady said she couldn't see anything. So we left and I just got a letter in the mail today that said my ultrasound was abnormal. What does that mean

I don't know what that means but I had a u/s at 5 weeks because of cramping and doc couldn't see anything. She said that was fine as long as I wasn't bleeding. I went back at 9 weeks and there was our little peanut. I am currently 39 weeks. I wouldn't worry just yet.
