Sean Christopher arrived on 8/9 at 4:53am after 12 hours of labor. He's 7lbs 15oz and 19 inches of pure joy. I was able to deliver him via vbac (unmedicated) and my recovery has been sooo much easier!

    Congratulations!!! It's so awesome that you had a unmedicated vbac, I am hoping for the same with our next LO! Did you use hypnobabies or hypnobirthing by chance? I would love to hear your birth story (if/when you write it) if you don't mind. I am so encouraged by successful vbac stories :)

    Girl, I didn't use shit! Once I started walking the halls my body labored so fast and by the time I could get the epidural it was too late! The next thing I knew I was pushing. An hour later he was born!! Not gonna lie, it was pure hell, but with the support of my DH and an awesome nurse I was able to do it! They gave me a local to sew up my tears but by that point I didn't care because he was out. Less than 30 minutes later I was out of bed and walking around. This is the abridged version but if you have any questions, pm me :)
