Not sure. Both are delicious. I guess donut is very American. Although Timmy's also sells Donuts. Hmmm....

I've only had KK once and they were fresh from the oven but it sat like a ball of lard and sugar in my stomach. Not in a good way.
I voted Old fashioned but REALLY the best are mini donuts tossed in cinnamon sugar from the fair.

I like a good plain glazed - or - here we have a donut shop that takes a plain glaze and knots it with a chocolate glazed.  I like that one because I can pretend it's one donut.

I will eat all of the cake donuts not wanted, because I lerve them. I don't like them just plain though. They must have frosting. Nuts or coconut are added bonus.

So my hometown is where KK got started and for field trips we would get to go to the first store and "learn how to make them"

I also toured the Reynolds cigarette plant about 12 times.

a few years ago, KK came to my hometown. there were a few months of lines out the doors, but after maybe 2 years it went out of business.
