12 weeks with very sore nipples

in 1st Trimester
I am 12 weeks pregnant, almost 13 and everytime I get cold/chilly and my nipples get hard, they are VERY, VERY tender! It's almost like they burn really bad. Brings me to tears sometimes. Anything I can do to help or does this go away at all?

    That's pretty normal during pregnancy. Not really much you can do I'm afraid. Mine were so tender during my pg with DS1, but they got better as the pregnancy progressed.

    Usually wearing a sports bra helps with my tenderness.

    Mine are very tender and I'm only 5 weeks. Whenever I wear a bra it definitely helps. But I feel you, my nipples are constantly hard and hurt!
